The multinational company, which is making a significant impact in finding sustainable solutions to tackle global waste, wanted a debt restructuring vehicle put in place, that ultimately resulted in a multi-million dollar syndicated loan being secured.<\/p>\n<p>Amicorp, at the request of the lenders, was appointed Security Agent and Facility Agent on the transaction.
