Amicorp Group is delighted to announce it has been granted a Corporate Service Provider License by the Dubai International Financial Center ("DIFC"), strengthening its commitment to supporting asset managers, family offices, banks, and corporations looking to set up and operate in the Middle East and North Africa's ("MENA") leading financial hub.
The license means Amicorp can now provide a full suite of company management and administration services – including company formation, secretarial, accounting, and directorship services – to the growing number of international firms and investors using the DIFC as a springboard for growth and efficiency savings.
The DIFC is classified as a Financial Free Zone and is one of the Gulf region's most advanced and well regulated financial centers. It now comprises over 5,400 companies in the non-financial and retail sector, over 42,000 employees, and is also the largest Fintech and innovation center in the MENA region.
Entities that set up in the DIFC can enjoy several benefits, including:
- Common law judiciary – administered by DIFC courts in the English language
- Leading data protection laws
- An independent regulatory body
- 100% foreign ownership
- Access to a diverse and global support network [banks, insurance, legal and professional service providers]
