Bianca Bergantino

Bianca is a Panamanian national, although she is a descendant of diverse cultural backgrounds. She graduated from Law School at the Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua in Panama.
Bianca has over twenty years of legal, corporate services, managerial and operational experience. As part of her professional trajectory, she has worked at two top-tier Panamanian Law Firms, mainly focusing on the corporate, commercial, and banking areas, in which she had the opportunity to work as a legal advisor to several multinational and local companies, insurance companies and several banks, plus she assisted private individuals with estate planning structures. She also worked for five years at a US Law Firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. A licensed attorney in Panama was more familiar with the civil code-based system, yet this opportunity allowed her to understand the common law system well.
She joined Amicorp in early 2017 to work on establishing the Panama Office and has been part of the Management Team since.
Bianca is perfectly fluent in both Spanish and English.
