Amicorp was delighted to support a leading waste recycling company in setting up an investment structure as part of its growth strategy. The multinational company, which is making a significant impact in finding sustainable solutions to tackle global waste, wanted a debt restructuring vehicle put in place, that ultimately resulted in a multi-million dollar syndicated loan being secured.
Amicorp, at the request of the lenders, was appointed Security Agent and Facility Agent on the transaction. Among the key priorities in our role as ‘the middleman’, was ensuring that all parties were kept well-informed throughout the process, while also making sure all interest and capital payments were made on time.
We were delighted to play a part in making this deal a great success – a deal that we are proud to say went on to win an industry award.
