The role is responsible for executing high-volume, standardized, process driven tasks across multiple service lines (Legal & Corporate, Accounting, Compliance and Fund Administration).The role is designed to offload non-judgmental, repeatable work from client facing professionals, improving overall operational efficiency and billable utilization. This is a production-oriented role with a strong emphasis on accuracy, turnaround time and process discipline.
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Prepare standard corporate documents (e.g. resolutions, minutes, registers, filings)
- Execute routine tasks (data entry, reconciliations, report preparation)
- Receive and process tasks via centralized workflow / ticketing system
- Adhere to defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed turnaround times (SLAs)
- Escalate exceptions or non-standard items promptly
- Maintain high accuracy standards (target >99% error free output)
- Minimize re-word by ensuring completeness and correctness at source
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Ensure proper document version control and filing protocols
- Support data integrity across platforms
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements
- Contribute to process standardization and automation initiatives
- Assist in updating SOPs and templates
OTHER DUTIES
- Undertake the role of director, trustee, nominee, manager, partner, secretary, authorized signatory or any related position in internal entities or client entities of Amicorp Group, where necessary and required by the Management.
- Undertake such other duties, as may from time to time, be required by the Management or/and Group Human Resources.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and/or any related business course (preferred).
- Working Knowledge of macros in excel, word, and other programs
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- 2-4 years of experience in a process-driven environment (fund administration, corporate services, BPO or similar)
- Experience in high-volume transactional work is strongly preferred
- Ability to follow standardized operating procedures with precision and consistency
- Strong task execution discipline in high volume, repeatable workflows
- Capability to manage queue-based work allocation systems efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail with low tolerance for errors
- Ability to perform first-level quality assurance checks independently
- Strong focus on right-first-time output to minimize rework
- Ability to identify and flag data inconsistencies or anomalies
- Proven ability to process high volumes of work within tight deadlines
- Effective prioritization skills across multiple concurrent tasks
- Ability to maintain consistent output under pressure
- Strong personal organization and workflow management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
- Competence in document preparation and formatting (Word, templates)
- Experience with workflow ticketing systems or case management tools
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple internal systems/platforms
- Strong capability in data entry and validation with high accuracy
- Understanding of document control, versioning and record management
- Ability to maintain clean, structured and auditable records
- Clear and concise written communication for task updates and handoffs
- Ability to escalate exceptions appropriately and promptly
- Comfort working with internal stakeholders across multiple departments and jurisdictions
- Ability to work across multiple service lines (e.g. legal, accounting, compliance, corporate services)
- Flexibility to shift between different task types and priorities
