With over 15 years of experience in corporate and tax advisory, Paula Parra Hein brings deep expertise in both domestic and international matters. Her practice spans corporate and family tax planning, international taxation, and comprehensive legal counsel for both local and global clients.
Before joining Amicorp Americas LLC, Agencia en Chile, Paula held managerial roles in the Tax & Legal departments of two of the world’s leading professional services firms, Ernst & Young (EY Chile) and KPMG, where she advised high-profile clients across industries.
Paula holds a Law Degree and a Master’s in Tax Law from Universidad Diego Portales, where she now shares her knowledge as a professor in the Business Law Department. She is also an active member of the Chilean Bar Association. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Paula combines technical rigor with practical insight to support clients in navigating complex legal and tax landscapes.
